There is not enough retail buying in any of these sub penny stocks for them to increase in PPs and STAY at their increased prices. Which is why they almost always fall after making runs...short MM's (NITE CDEL, etc) and dilution (VNDM CANT etc).
There are a few exceptions however, if a company shows revenue and profits but that is extremely rare down here.
For most of these Sub penny stocks, the MM's who are short rule because they hold (buy) the majority of shares that are available and absorb (buy) the majority of shares that are diluted into the O/S
