My theory probably won’t hold much water... but imo, yesterday was a rehearsal and today was game day, but nobody wants to play with those who were rehearsing yesterday. Transaction closing within 3 weeks and there is a real urge to get shares as much as much as possible and as cheap as possible. Holding my shares and adding when I can...
