Understand that dividends, especially regular quarterlies...


are an Incentive for insiders as well as us "outsiders' to hang on to shares over time...
I doubt bonuses have anything to do with dividend payout...

Wouldn't you like to see the insiders hold all their shares instead of regularly selling (some of) them...??!
