The Earnings Report isn't due until the end of January. Why don't you believe me? What do I have to show you to help you understand?

How about this:
The last Condensed Consolidated Statement of Operations ("For the quarterly period ended July 31, 2017 (unaudited)") used the headings Nine Months ending and Three Months ending. Obviously the next report then would be for the fiscal year ended October 31, 2017 (it must be audited).
The company defined itself as being in the "Smaller reporting company" category on the front page of the July 31 and previous 10Qs.

"All smaller reporting companies are required to file an annual report with the SEC on Form 10-K within 90 days of end of its fiscal year."

The phrase "within 90 days of end of its fiscal year" means by January 29th for Sunset.
You're welcome.

Please stop telling people things like "ER Just a week or two ahead+ happy new year 2 weeks later." It's not true.

But what SIGO could do voluntarily is something that they've already done twice before....provide their monthly revenue number in a press release and/or an 8-K filing. October's number should have been known to them LONG AGO. Why aren't they reporting it?

But can it core A apple?
Yes Ralph, of course it can core A apple.
