Great question regarding merger and $EHOS

No. Thy do not have to take on the debt of the prior management. Especially since it's dated so old- the debt could be reprieved or even eliminated completely. Most of the time - the reverse merger entity coming in - those financial statements are what survives the entity merger. So in that case - it would be the finances of the merging company coming in.
