If you want to take the company private and rip the shareholders off you

buy back stock and issue big bonuses and have 1 or 2 major institutions

side with you and you have enough shares to go private. The bonuses of

free stock must be halted. How in the hell can in 1 year they get a 11%

bonus? Better watch the hen house as the fox is damn sure watching it.
