So, looks like there will be an 8K tomorrow.

I will be interested to see what it says. According to the court filings, the settlement agreement is under an NDA.

I looked back at the Microsoft filing and there was a mention of a lump sum settlement despite the fact that that settlement was also under an NDA.

Given this past history, if it doesn’t say anything about a lump sum settlement then there probably wasn’t any.
