Based on some inputs from someone - it seems to me that

1. Co is still internally preparing for trial start
2. It does not seems that co has already submitted IND and protocol for the 3 trials yet
3. Based on above I personally do not think that co can activate any site and enroll a single patient for any trial before year end
4. All this tells me that the delay in trial start was not dependent on FDA new guidelines
