I wouldn't mind seeing the hedge fund lawyers figure out a way to put a little pressure on certain parties to speed up the distribution of assets process. At least some kind of guidance. Enough is enough.
Wonder if any of the hedge funds that have a lot of escrows and WMIH shares are large donors to any influential Congressmen and women. With the mid-terms coming up, that's one of the possibilities I'm alluding to.
My guess is, there are many hedge fund clients involved that "aren't getting any younger" and are getting antsy about the long process with little communication to give them much hope.
