I called my mother today and asked for her for her recipe for Butterscotch Brownies that I hadn't had in years and That I was craving. She informed me that the reason I hadn't had them in years is that she lost the recipe. Since she does not use a computer she asked me to find it for her, she said it was very easy to make. I fond this and gave her a call, she told me that she thinks I found it; here it is:
Directions: Melt sugar and butter together. Cool. Add eggs. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla and nuts together. Add to other mixture. Mix well. Bake in greased 9x13 pan at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Cook's Notes: Probably the best blond brownie you will ever eat!
