It's a company selling shares to do its business, not a family anything.

yes I may agree with you by now they should be turning a profit (but they are doing $2m in revenues) and if they had any marketing experience at the board level they probably would. but they don't and they need shares

nothing wrong with it it is used by 80% of OTC stocks that dont make a profit

oh and they have a pipeline of developments to bring to market once they do have the cash.

They have been extremely conservative in how they spend your money.
