Haha this is getting comical now... the audit is close so that point isn’t valid. Some people will just never understand how business works. The audit process has been explained several times on this board by lots of people (including myself) who have been through them. It was just addressed again in the last PR. The formatted 10k has been submitted back to the auditors for final approval. That just happened on the 23rd. It’s not like the auditors just take a quick glance at it and say yep that looks good go ahead and file with the SEC....Can we get off this subject now and enjoy the fact that the model for all future franchises locations is opening today at 3pm?
