Sorry to those who are experts but I just had a revelation that other not-so-smart people may have missed, I think STOCKSHARK said this a few weeks ago but it failed to resister with me, and probably others.

For simplicity lets assume there are 100,000 shares outstanding of 200,000 authorized and they did a 10:1 RSS.

Now there are 10,000 shares outstanding and 190,000 not yet issued. We shareholders currently hold 50% of the company, after the RSS we would hold 5%. No chance WHATSOEVER of long term influence.

Again, I apologize to those to whom this was obvious from the start, this post is aimed at newbies like me.
