BOTHELL, WA--(Marketwired - Jan 22, 2015) - Neah Power Systems, Inc. ( OTCQB : NPWZ ), an emerging leader in fuel cell-based power generation and lithium ion-based storage solutions for the unmanned aerial vehicles (defense and commercial), military, transportation and portable electronics industries, today announced that it had successfully completed testing of the PowerChip® units at a Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO), Government of India facility and it had received payment of approximately $165,000 for these initial test units. This successful completion of testing is a critical milestone in completing the licensing agreement with the DRDO. The DRDO is an agency of the Republic of India, responsible for the development of technology for use by the military.

5 days ago - Current Status of Xnrgi Neah Power Systems India Private Limited is Active. Neah Power has a VP of Business Development that has been working on this relationship for 5 years and 6 months...

Don't know how much money they have it it interesting that 5 days ago they went active after a seemingly long announcement about an office in New Delhi.. that gives them an office in Seattle, Abu Dhabi, Washington and and now at WARDEN HOUSE, 1ST FLOOR, SIR P.M.ROAD, FORT MUMBAI Mumbai City

Maybe Fuel cell deal with India is the first deal to go public..?

Neah Power announces appointment of Dr. Pramod Shukla as Engineering Fellow with focus on deploying technologies across Indian sub-continent

Dr. Shukla has offices at Bothell, WA and is establishing an office on behalf of the Company in New Delhi, India.

Dr. Shukla has over twenty years of increasing, high level, responsibilities in program, people, and technology transfer responsibilities with the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) of India, and has served as the Counselor, Science and Technology, for the Government of India to the Embassy of India in Moscow, Russia. Prior to that, Dr. Shukla was a Captain in the Indian Navy.
