Its not my opinion it is fact ! COWI owes over 3 million dollars and have jidgements places against them ! It is all in the SEC filings. A letter of intent is as meaningless And empty as the day is long. Cowi would need to paybthe legally issued judgement before it could do anything. They can claim openroad trucking till Lloyd is blue on the face. It’s a lie and a scam. Further if Lloyd does in fact run a viable business in the future this shell of a company cannot and willnot have anything to do with it. Again .... because of the debt enforced by judgements !!! This will never go away until paid ! 3 Million bucks - one more time..... stop and think
