Listened to the replay last evening while following along on the slides. Overall Ferris did a really good job. Lots of passion and pride and clearly a strong belief in the future of the company.

My only gripes would be his answer to the first question. I wish his answer would have been "just hired more sales people and that means more in-person sales calls." His answer was about clearing hurdles which was not as convincing.

My other gripe is that he is still too guarded with what he is willing to share. Business and growth and success is never about secrets or patents but is always about out-executing your competition. It is about being smarter and working harder and simply executing better. That is what wins.

There should also have been forward projections with respect to revenue, earnings, and stock price. But nada.
