Bloomberg had a report release on June 27 that stated (I paraphrase here) that the Navada court ruled that the receiver will stay in place indefinitely. Now, as best as I understand, Bloomberg is a paid-for service and is quite pricy. It may even be limited to only being available to investing firms and the like, I'm not sure; I just know I cannot get Bloomberg! Does not seem like universal disclosure of information to me. Us individual investors are at a HUGE disadvantage here and I do not like it at all. By the way, this story was released on Bloomberg around 8pm on June 27 and there was a lot of dumping by someone who knew there was negative info during the day on the 27th. Why in the world is this information being allowed out only to certain people? We do not get a chance to trade out our shares until after the select group gets to dump all their shares and drive the price way down. This is totally inappropriate and I agree someone at the SEC needs to look into this.
However, I think you are off base about Ting getting info we cannot get. I have watched him on these boards for over 8 months now and he merely is a wiz at knowing how to search the net and is kind enough to search for stuff to help us be as informed as possible. I wish you guys would get off his back because he has been the main contributor to the NTWK info search that stays level-headed and neutral as opposed to the hypsters and the downtalkers that make these boards so very colorful and interesting, but not always instructive or accurate. I desperately need the info Ting works to dig up, noone else is willing to give it to us. And NO, I'm not Ting under a different alias, believe me.
