I still believe material information is being withheld.

If the court ruling did indeed happen as mentioned in one of the posts, why is that not yet filed with the SEC or announced to the general public. Is this an effort to hide material information. Has anyone called the company and tried to obtain a copy of the court ruling ?

It it manangements responsibilty to inform investors about material changes. The company has been mum too long. At the end of the day, the court appointed receiver is just in place to authorize news going out. Its the job of the management (its not even clear who is in control) to put together the information.

The fact that stockpatrol and people like tingleff know so much more than the average joe cleanly demonstrates that there is selective information leak here to certain group of people. Its completely illegal according to the new SEC rules. I hope the SEC is investigating this.

Where can one launch a formal complaint with the SEC and/or the receiver?
