Read through the filings and this stock has the potential to be a long term beauty. The current dilution is presenting us all with a great opportunity. Based on the 10Q, I believe it is Power Up Lending that is pushing through their notes right now, amount of $ 35K. I'm waiting for an update as to how much is remaining there.

Based on my reading and calculations:

Glenn Grant, CEO currently owns close to 41M shares. I spoke to him and confirmed that it is still the correct amount. He was out for the evening but he told me that the figure sounds correct.

Nelson Riis, Founder own close to 32.5M shares based on the November 20, 2017 10Q.

To Glenn Grant's best understanding, the 32.5M share count is still valid.
