I was told that IFUS actually needs 5.4 million dollars to clear past debts and lawyer fees that ARE STILL OUTSTANDING. But have been turned over for collection. Shareholders should vote for a 100 to 1 reverse split and be prepared for .0001 pps after. That is the only option before no bid or SEC delisting this junk.
