It absolutely takes a massive force to go .0001 to .001... Especially when the company is sitting on $2,000,000 worth of debt they have to pay regardless of where they go next.

Your statement makes more sense if you start at .0002 or .0003. Perpetual no bid x .0001 tends to stay that way perpetually.
