I believe the spin off announcement will be a catalyst for the share price because,,,,when Roger announces the date,,, there will probably be a day or two in there to buy more amfe and get the spin off also,,,,and those spin off shares could easily turn out to be a really big deal,,,,knowing how Roger is always working to grow,,,grow,,,grow
