Maybe I did not understand your definition of a base? Can you explain. And how does your base affect the sp going forward? And are you just guessing when you say it is forming a base?

I've seen where people just say it's forming a base because they want to think it won't go lower....and want others to think that also? But in reality they don't know what a sp will do next.

How do you identify a base? Maybe then I can learn something here. And once you have identified it what does it mean?

If it just means that the sp is not going up....and not going down at the moment....then OK.

I say it's struggling at the moment because it is down $.05. Is that not the proper nomenclature?
