Thank you for your excellent post. I partially share your experience, having had attempted forced sales or reversions by investors that were unsuccessful, but which were done purely for gain, much like what is happening here with NWBO.

As for timelines, I believe the timelines that are expected and communicated have been subject to interference behind the scenes, which often results in those timelines being missed. This is part of the strategy to make the CEO appear to be shady or engaging in pumping.

Coming this far and not doing absolutely everything possible to assure that the data on both endpoints have the best possible chance for approval, even if taking a shortcut might seem temporarily expedient, would be costly and shortsighted. She is a CEO who understands the long view. She also wants this therapy to actually be available to the public someday soon, rather than put on a shelf or only used as a way to enhance the other big pharma options. Selling out, unblinding data early, communicating too openly and liberally, failing to establish adequate manufacturing and many other business decisions made to focus on the long view but which are unpopular with the impatient crowd have left the company vulnerable to attack.

This financing was very bullish, very indicative that progress is being made, and I fully support this "upstanding woman who is tops in her field". I want all of the loved ones suffering from cancers that DC Vax could more effectively treat to have the benefit of decades of hard work started by Coley and Ralph Steinman, culminating in the research by Liau, Powers, Bosch and others so that our loved ones did not die in vain. Many of us have dedicated ourselves to this company and this stock because we have the same desire for a cure that outweighs our desire to make a profit on our own timelines.
