CVS buys AETNA for $69,000,000,000! Could it be?

In a deal that has the potential to reshape America's Healthcare Industry, CVS wants to be the entity that SELLS the drugs AND the insurer that PAYS for the drugs.

Now, sellers in a free enterprise system could not care less where the money (that pays for their product) comes from BUT when a seller offers to finance the transaction, there's a pretty-good chance the seller is confident they have an edge.

Diabetes cost the US $322,000,000,000 per year, or $1000 for each man, woman, and child in America. That number is 48% higher than it was in 2012!

Suppose an insurer had some way of regulating a drug treatment plan with more precision than the doctor, pharmacist, patient method in use today?

Just a thought!
