Maybe you should do some homework on Restricted and Free Trading stock and the timing and process by which it takes to ever even get from Restricted to Free Trading and why it is that companies issue their Officers and key personal Restricted paper. The answer is simple. No Mark Bayliss is not positioning 18 million to go. None of the Officers or Directors are able to convert and nor would any brokerage clear that paper for trading. Stop with the uneducated speculations and grab some cheap paper so when it moves back up you are not boo hoooing that you missed out.
