That’s called the 80/20 rule my friend. In this case 80% more people afraid to risk a few pennies for the seemingly likely chance of obtaining multiples of dollars. Perfectly representative of the US population too. 80% run scared with the herd and end up with nothing, while 20% control everything. And of course 1%, where our buddy rise is located, really control everything. Check this out. Should be interesting:
