The reaction to the financing was not as it was all th either times. So something has changed here. Previously price crashed on higher volume. So something has definitely changed.
When I read the posts that point to LP as an evil doer, who is doing something blatantly nefarious I say t myself why would an upstanding woman tops in her field who had loved ones die from cancer and who also is attorney be associated with anything these posters opine? It makes no sense why she would put herself in jeopardy over this, after all it would be only about money (greed) and hurting her public investors if these bashers were correct. That isn't who I think she is.
I have been in her position, I had investors sue me because they believed I was hurting them exactly the same way. And these investors truly believed that I as the general partner would steal from them and hurt them financially. There was no talking to them, they believed what they believed and they basically made up nefarious scenarios to justify it.
They destroyed my company, they won and I lost. The law sided with them. But I will tell you everything was untrue, but with the law the way it is written they forced me to sell all the real estate holdings at the worst time and everything went bye bye. What a waste.
I believe you guys are letting your imaginations run away with you, you have seen too many movies. LP is no criminal. She is an upstanding citizen who if anything is trying to steer a huge ship through rough waters. She has done it admirable well, sure she has taken on some water and some masts have broken off but she has weathered the storm and I believe the eye of the storm is behind us and we now have clear sailing ahead.
A person with vision such as hers has to be an optimist. Her timelines are often shorter than they need to be, but that is due to her optimistic vision and wanting to believe and at the same time not wanting to
upset the apple cart. I have done the same thing, why tell someone something that they don't need to know that will only make them worry. Why not say nothing until that matter works itself out one ay or another. If you believe in the product that you are trying to produce you have to think that way.
No investor is going to loan $12M to day after reading everything that has been said publicly about this company if there isn't going to be good news coming soon. The question is only when will it arrive. That is the risk, time. The rest will work itself out. She now has $12M+, a pending refinance and who knows what else.
Ok so it wasn't NW. I wouldn't have predicted him if Tilt didn't make all those rosey mystery statements.
But whomever it is can't be stupid, has to be monied and has to be intimate with what is going on and about to happen. The risk is only when imho.
