Look I'm a noob when it comes to all these technical details of this ressource stuff and most here know a lot more about that industry than I do but I always go by common sense and common sense would tell me that Cougar (an experienced drilling company) would have done the job they are supposed to do if they hadn't had a good reason to not do it. Could it just be complete incompetency on their part? I guess it could, but that's not likely. I will be very interested in their response and I think this is far from a done issue for us but then again I hope I'm wrong.
Call me conservative and that's what I am in the market but I have seen too much in the last 20 years to not be very cautious in a situation like this where two rather strange things happened around DNI now just in the last few weeks. I will watch this closely and will be ready to strike either way.
