Zero, for one, they cannot "re-list" as they were never listed. So that is a certain absolute zero chance.

Buy back? Sure they could offer a buyback of the shares, but wouldn't do you any good. For one, at this point you would need a physical certificate, good luck getting one. If your broker does agree, be prepared to shell up to $700 for the NSCC pass through fee.

But the reality is, that will never happen and the process through the Transfer Agent is risky, and not likely to happen, possible sure, but reality is not going to happen.
