I don't think so. They have $5M AP to cognate left and $17M non-cognate as of Sept 30. And they have been burning more than they have been raising before this. I think they have $ to pay the most pressing bills and run until the paper gets published. I expect the stock will take a run at $1 after the paper is published, which I do hope and predict gets done this month. jmo.
