The Avanci license agreement with BMW was announced on 12/1 and [IMO] was for 5G technology. The announcement today (12/4) with LG includes IDCC's 5G technology. I may be wrong but I believe that both of these agreements are the first of involving IDCC's 5G patent portfolio. In my way of thinking both of these 5G licensing contracts are very important to InterDigital by way of establishing a FRAND royalty rate for IDCC. [JMHO]
