I still have a few questions about the neurosurgeon Julius Fernandez who get his vaccin in London.
First i don’t think his wedding day ( wich was at the same time of his surgery) was 02 september 2015.( See AVII77Post 147107).
I found that on 02 September, 2015 there was a publication of more than 125 marriage licencies (one is Julius Fernandez, 42; Jody L.Wilson, 31) in the Commercial Appeal( i think a local newspaper) So, for me, his wedding day could be any day.I found it here: https://www.pressreader.com/usa/the-commercial-appeal/20150902/281981786352932
But we know from the neurosurgeon himself that he was diagnosted with brain cancer in the summer of 2015: https://vimeo.com/163043770
We also know that it was his request that he was allowed to marry Jody before surgery.(wavelenghty post 147059)

“Julius and his girlfriend, Jody, had been together for
several years, and Julius’s only request was that he be
allowed to marry her before undergoing surgery. We called
ahead and had the Child Life people prepare one of our
ICU rooms for the wedding and called for the hospital
priest to be there to perform the ceremony. By the time
Julius got to the hospital he was getting sleepy and was
unable to walk from his car into the hospital.
While the ceremony was taking place upstairs, our operating
room team was preparing for his surgery. By the
time Julius got to the operating room, he was no longer
following commands. Paul Klimo and I removed his glioblastoma,
and Julius made a speedy recovery.”

We also know from the same video that for 16 months Julius was well. Maybe after progression it was going very fast. He passed away on 22 february 2017.

I think when you go back in time, the diagnoses, which comes first, was probably in August ( or July 2015)

I think you can not know for sure that at the time of his diagnosis Julius Fernandez knows that the screening was suspended.
I believe, at the time of his first vaccination (about 3 months after surgery), he knows of course that the screening was halted.
At the same time there are rumours that there is something very wrong with the vaccine.
For Julius Fernandez, MD, neurosurgeon,one of the brightest, who knows very very much about brain tumours, for him the best option at the moment of diagnosis is DCVAX-L. (wavelenghty 147059)

In the summer of 2015 there are very bad rumours about DCVAX-L but a neurosurgeon from USA, one of the brightest, choose to get DCVAX-L because for him that is the best therapy with potential for cure!
Neurosurgeons Paul Klimo and Frederick A Boop removed the glioblastoma of Julius and he made a speedy recovery. That was in a hospital in Memphis. I can’t find a trial location for the ongoing fase III for DCVAX-L in Memphis, Tennessee. ClinicalTrials.gov.
I don’t know if you can go into the trial when your surgery was not on a study location.
It would be possible he’d been put into the screening pipeline or he get the humanitarion option like biosectinvestor thinks.
But think about the last patients enrolled in the trial here in Europe If you was one of them and you know that a neurosurgeon from USA can get very “easy” DCVAX-L from a doctor in Londen, would you stay in the trial with a change of 1/3 to get a placebo or would you leave the trial and go to London and ask the doctor for the real vaccine. For sure Julius Fernandaz wanted DCVAX-L but that is also the treatment option for all 331 patients in the trial!
Last question, I wonder why Frederick A Boop, MD, tells this story to an audience and even to the whole world that a brilliant neurosurgeon diagnosted with glioblastoma must fly to London to get a vaccine that is made just 15 min. from his hospital.The USA can (hopefully) make the best vaccine of the world for the treatment of glioblastoma but you must fly to the other side of the world to get it!
