The agreement covers the 3G, 4G and 5G terminal unit products of LG and its affiliates and sets forth a royalty of cash payments to InterDigital as well as a process for the transfer of patents from LG to InterDigital. The parties have also agreed to terms for dismissal by InterDigital of the outstanding litigation among the parties and their affiliates.

This speaks out that there was probably NO PAYMENT OF BACK ROYALTY PAYMENTS FOR 3G. THEY HAVE AGREED TO DISMISSAL OF OUTSTANDING LITIGATIONS.

SO, WE WILL NOT RECEIVE BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN BACK ROYALTIES ! ! !

Please don't rant on Back Royalties. If you don't believe it, ASK MERRITT AND PATRICK DIRECT. Don't continue your ranting until you get an answer from them.
