If you and AZ mean "Bloomberg" as source, I can say Bloomberg and many others simply changed everything in their Database from "WMI, Inc." to "WMIH Corp.", no matter if it is correct or not, for example here:

This suggestes Bonderman exercised "WMIH" options in 2008(!). We all know there was no WMIH at that time...

What do you think is WMIIC's role in relation to the Preferred Offering Trusts that are now referred to as WMIH subs?

We are pretty sure WMIH does not operate these Trusts since they do not possess the required staff or infrastructure.

IMO, it is A&M and/or the FDIC through JPM that manages and services them for our ultimate benefit.
