Must know: LOI is for CAR MUFFLERS:

"The Company will acquire, free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, and liabilities, one hundred percent (100%) of Ngen’s muffler technology Business."

i see alot of excitement about NGEN but they are only getting one piece of NGEN - car mufflers...so y'all can probably stop with the crypto/3d tech rumors...
