The linkedIn post was a little over a month ago. You are correct when you say their main asset is the shell (although I believe there is something else). However even if the “something else” doesn’t come to fruition, OVIT has a very very low float which would make it a prime candidate for a reverse. Also Alex has done this in the past. 2007 if remember correctly.
