Congress has to pass a new spending bill by Dec. 8 and avoid a government shutdown.

To buy more time for negotiations over a longer-term spending deal, congress preparing
a two-week spending bill that would keep the government open
past the Dec. 8 deadline, throughright before the Christmas
holiday, House eyeing a continuing resolution (CR) that would
extend funding through Dec. 22.

Of course all this prob when mrkts are shut > Roulette Again
with monster Gap Up or Downs coming
