If a stock has such a 'low float' and yet somehow trades over 1 billion shares in 3 months going from 25 cents to one fifth of a cent losing 99% of its value,and its asserted that it has a 'low float', that idea becomes meaningless.

It is an alarming trend and the hope is Grant sells his app. which was supposed to be the best thing since 'sliced bread' to drill in for cobalt where all they have now is 'a couple of 'grab samples' which mean nothing.

And to top it all off the company s latest financials reports $58,000 in assets and $1.5 Million in liabilities.

I don't see the enthusiasm you have in this stock.
