The 13G's are based on what piece of information? The sort of guessing we all have been doing? The company is obligated to answer the shareholders' questions. A R/S is a potential risk for the future. Plenty of examples out there. This might just be another post R/S case that turned out bad for those who bought on a top & believed the MK was going to be $1M soon. This is the OTC...
