--$150,000 worth of shares MAY BE repurchased some time over the next six months! At what price? Clearly a higher price means fewer shares! Will Seth Shaw buy his own shares back?

--It CAN BE an open market or a private transaction! A private buyback can be done at whatever price the parties to the transaction choose!

--Due to the piddling number of shares that might be re-purchased, as compared to the total Oustanding share count, the impact on shareholder dilution will be miniscule! Even if the buyback happens, it will not be "meaningful" from a dilution perspective!

BTW...a .0007 close, which was .0001 higher than the suggestion, is a lot closer than some of wild guesses of "to da moon"! The eurphoria will wear off and reality will return next week. The company still has no business, no assets, and an extremely vague future! At the current price, a $150,000 buyback represents a meager 200 million shares out of over 3 BILLION OUTSTANDING. A buyback of ONLY 6.5% of the Outstanding shares represents a less than .0001 share price increase, based upon a projected change in valuation! Whoopee!
