I really don't know but 99% of pinks r scams & promised audits were never started. Most audits in pinks never happen. Pinks say they want an audit or an audit is underway to buy time. EA_H has been under audit for 3 years that I know of.

I know of a pink stock that stated they have selected an auditor & the audit should take 6-8 weeks. That was 2 months ago. & the company has yet to mention if the audit has started or not.
