Not sure if since its a pinkie they can they can sell shares ATM. If so and they can sell into the run I am guessing it will be reported next time they submit, Since mm can churn for Volume indications I suspect we see some of that as well. I could be wrong but the RS was put in place and if Boston cranks out continued transparency and contracts with fat $ attached as they have been doing recently, another 10m volume day might push this back to recent highs, if we see 100m, who knows.
