Another trade day with volume > 2 million. The stock is down. My gut feeling was correct. Glad I sold. This is a profitable shipping company, and on the surface an excellent play. But the more that discussion occurred about the true amount of OS, plus the volume, plus the lack of response in the PPS in relation to the volume with a supposed OS of only 3 million, it just leaves more questions than answers. There is absolutely no good reason to gag a TA. There is no good reason to fail to respond to shareholders request for a share structure. How this is legal is beyond me. And the intractable issue with the share price tells me that there is probably some dilution or a note holder converting. GLTA. Once management gets their crap together I would love to jump back in. But I won't bet my life on that happening.
