(formerly WMI Holdings Corp.) and its subsidiaries on a consolidated basis; (ii “WMIH” refers only to WMIH Corp., without regard to its subsidiaries; “WMIHC” refers only to WMI Holdings Corp., without regard to its subsidiaries;(iv) “WMMRC” means WM Mortgage Reinsurance Company, Inc.
