In this sentence I like how the word simulators is plural

"In addition, customized MFR training scenarios will be created and deployed on a monthly basis"

producing monthly customized training scenarios? There has to be more simulators for the marines coming real soon!!!

CONUS means Continental U.S. why would they mention that if they weren't going distribute these all over the country?
