Foreign Issuer is only required to file one annual report. From sec.gov
"First, the foreign private issuer must have filed or furnished all reports required under the Exchange Act, including at least one Exchange Act annual report. Second, the foreign private issuer must, on any date within 120 days before filing for deregistration, have had less than 300 record holders worldwide."
Annual report filed in May 2017, 20F.
I would expect that we'll see the current year's report in May 2018.
