I think it's similar to Atkins. High protein, low carbs. Actually no carbs for the first two weeks.
In the book it says that the more carbs you eat, the more you want. I have found out that it's true. I love my carbs but I don't miss them at all!
I may never eat a potato again.........and I'm Irish!!!
