I've heard of it. And it really works? I don't mind the Dr. Atkins but it would be interesting to try something different.

I've been there, done that (quit smoking)...about 7 years ago. I gained too...sucking those lollipops puts on the pounds.

Nowadays...it's going off on a long weekend and scarfing down everything in sight that is the cause of going on the Atkins... when I come down to earth. LOL

Got no will power. LOL
