Warren Buffet once was quoted as saying “The stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient.” At the considerable risk of stating the obvious, if timing of a deal were solely of our choosing, we’d have announced something a long time ago. But a negotiation is just that and sometimes they take much longer to be finalized than anyone wishes. Patience required.
